“This is a time of transformation, and transformation comes not out of scarcity but out of the context of possibility, responsibility, and sufficiency.”

— Lynne Twist

ABOUT ME

For years, I worked as a registered nurse in operating rooms and clinical settings where efficiency was everything. I cared deeply about my patients, but there was never enough time—time to ask what was making them nervous, time to truly listen, time to help them work through what they were facing. I was recently told by a colleague, "Don't coddle them!" That moment crystallized something for me: the kind of care I value isn't coddling. It's human.

My path to coaching began during a particularly challenging time. The stress and anxiety I experienced working through COVID was intensified by something no one—not my doctors, not my therapists—thought to ask about: menopause. The hormone changes were affecting everything, but they went unrecognized and unaddressed. That experience opened my eyes to how often we're expected to push through without asking deeper questions about what our bodies and minds actually need.

I spent a long time doing what was expected of me. Now I'm ready to do what I want to do—and what I want is to sit with people for as long as it takes to work things out together.

I bring a background in evidence-based nursing practice across diverse clinical settings, along with years of training in meditation and mindfulness. I understand both the science and the emotional landscape of what we go through. I'm open to a wide variety of worldviews and traditions, and I approach each person's journey with patience and curiosity. Whether you're navigating menopause, a major life transition, or simply feeling ready for something different, I'm here to guide you through it—at your own pace.

I’d love to help guide you on your new path. See how we can work together to build the tools for your life transition.

TESTIMONIALS

  • "Erin Marie's coaching superpowers are the perfect combination: she's deeply curious and thorough in her research on health and growth topics, and she genuinely cares about helping people—with the skills to back it up. She shows up with the kind of energy that inspires people to lean in. "

    Hannah Ashford

  • "Erin Marie’s coaching was instrumental in guiding me to first articulate what exactly I wanted to change, then figure out what habits and patterns weren’t serving me in achieving these emotional and physical goals, and finally to figure out the next steps -week by week- that has led to more joy in my everyday life. Erin Marie offers kind, compassionate evidence-based support to help you create a map to a healthy and more joyful you. "

    Heather Reilly

  • "Erin Marie combines empathy with a prodigious set of tools, personal experience, and training. Mr. Rogers said, “If it’s mentionable, it’s manageable,” but I can have a hard time opening up about the things I maybe should. Erin Marie is able to listen compassionately and knows a lot about taking good care of people. That translates really well into coaching, as we all need to learn to be better at taking care of ourselves, whatever our current ambitions. "

    Jen Toal

  • "Making positive changes in my life related to my health have always been a struggle for me. Erin made it possible for me to challenge myself, hold myself accountable and support myself in making these changes. I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome! "
